WWE Raw 22nd September 2025 Preview:
WWE Raw on September 22, 2025 comes to fans live from the Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana, streaming worldwide on Netflix at 7 ET. Unlike the mixed reception of WrestlePalooza, which ESPN graded a “C” for underdelivering on its debut, Raw is expected to exceed expectations. With WWE keeping the lineup under wraps, anticipation is high that tonight’s show will surprise viewers in the best way possible.
Dragon Lee’s story continues after last week’s chaos, where he was left seeing triple when three versions of El Grande Americano appeared before his scheduled match. Finn Bálor has his own concerns, as El Grande Americano believes The Judgment Day owes him for helping Dominik Mysterio capture the AAA Mega Championship. Over in the women’s division, IYO SKY may be second-guessing her recent choices after losing at WrestlePalooza, with Asuka quick to remind her of the consequences of “playing nice.” Rhea Ripley, meanwhile, has her eyes on the Women’s World Championship but could find herself entangled with Asuka and Kairi Sane, especially after siding with Nikki Bella during a heated confrontation last week. Bayley’s ongoing struggle with her split personalities also raises the question of which version of her Lyra Valkyria might encounter on Raw.
With shifting rivalries, it seems likely Dragon Lee could soon set his sights on Becky Lynch’s Women’s Intercontinental Championship, while CM Punk could be positioning himself for a run at Seth Rollins’ gold. Rollins’ attention, however, is divided—his Crown Jewel showdown with Cody Rhodes looms large. The rivalry between Rhodes and Rollins dates back years, with Rhodes famously defeating Seth at three straight Premium Live Events in 2022, including the unforgettable torn pec Hell in a Cell match. As Crown Jewel approaches, fans are eager to see how WWE plays on their history to fuel the hype.
